This is the Kansai way to say ありがとう. Pay at a ramen shop, say おおきに on the way out. Staff will be surprised!
ごちそうさんで〜す
The Osaka version of ごちそうさまです. ごちそうさんでーす！ It's a way to show appreciation after eating!
すんません
すみません is completely okay, but in Osaka we tend to say すんません. It can mean "thanks" too. When someone holds the door for you, say すんません〜.
