Means "this please." Just point at the menu and say it. You: (pointing) これください！ Staff: かしこまりました〜！ That's it. That's a complete order.
おすすめは何ですか？
Means "What do you recommend?" You: おすすめは何ですか？ Staff: 今日は◯◯がおすすめです！ You: じゃあ、それでお願いします！
〜は入ってますか？
Means "Does this contain 〜?" For allergies and food restrictions: ピーナッツは入ってますか？= "Does it contain peanuts?" 肉は入ってますか？= "Does it contain meat?" This phrase keeps you safe.
